Fall is one of my favorite times of year and if you have followed me for long you know I LOVE pumpkin spice. So after tasting some Sabra Pumpkin Pie Hummus recently, I wanted to see if I could make an oil-free version. Why do they even put oil in just about every store-bought hummus out there?? Ug….

That’s ok, I’ll make my own!

Making hummus at home is sooooooo easy! You dump the ingredients in your food processor, blend and you’re done!

How to make Oil Free Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. You may have to scrape down the sides a couple times.
  • Taste & add a little salt if using. Blend again.
  • Done! Sprinkle with a little extra pumpkin pie spice if desired.

I love fall & pumpkin spice and decided it was time to make a warm & cozy hummus for the season! This no-oil pumpkin pie hummus goes great with fruit like sliced apples or whole grain crackers.

This hummus will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week in a sealed container.
