Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen banana, pumpkin puree, oats, almond butter, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend on high for 1 – 2 minutes, pausing to scrape down the sides of the canister with a spatula if needed, until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and smooth out the top. To make the spiderweb, drizzle the yogurt in a spiral pattern. It may help to transfer the yogurt to a zip top bag and snip off the tip to pipe out a finer line.
  • Using a toothpick or skewer, draw lines out from the center to create the spiderweb effect. Wipe off the utensil after drawing each line to keep them from smudging.
  • Top with the pepitas and hempseeds. Enjoy!
