In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen banana, pumpkin puree, oats, almond butter, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend on high for 1 – 2 minutes, pausing to scrape down the sides of the canister with a spatula if needed, until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and smooth out the top. To make the spiderweb, drizzle the yogurt in a spiral pattern. It may help to transfer the yogurt to a zip top bag and snip off the tip to pipe out a finer line.
Using a toothpick or skewer, draw lines out from the center to create the spiderweb effect. Wipe off the utensil after drawing each line to keep them from smudging.
Top with the pepitas and hempseeds. Enjoy!
Serving suggestion: No time to decorate and adorn your smoothie bowl? Simply blend everything together and add unsweetened non-dairy milk until it reaches a drinkable consistency. Add a straw and take it to go!
Notes: Depending on food allergies or personal preferences, the almond butter can be swapped out for sunflower seed butter, peanut butter, cashew butter, tahini, or omitted altogether.
