Teriyaki Sauce (oil free & no refined sugar)

This teriyaki sauce is better than bottled & so easy to make! It's oil free, lower sodium, and lower sugar than what you can buy at the store. Use this sauce over stir fry veggies, marinate tofu, or as a dressing over a veggie & grain bowl.

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a low boil and continue whisking until it thickens; about 3-5 minutes.
  • Makes about 3/4 cup. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to one week.
