Place all ingredients in your blender and puree on high speed, pausing as needed to scrape down the sides, until completely smooth.
Adjust seasoning to taste. If you’d like a thinner dressing, simply add a couple teaspoons of water and blend again.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 – 7 days.
Serving suggestion: Naturally, this dressing is fantastic drizzled over any leafy greens. It’s also great for flavoring roasted vegetables, warm grain salads or rice bowls, or used as a pasta sauce.
Notes: Add more heat with a touch of sriracha or your favorite hot sauce if you’d like a spicier bite!
