5-Minute Vegan Banana Bread Mug Cake

You'll love this super fast vegan banana bread for a quick treat and is the perfect way to use up that last spotted banana!

Instructions

  • In a large mug, add the mashed banana, milk, applesauce, & vanilla. Whisk really well for about 30 seconds.
  • Add in the flour, date sugar, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon. Mix until well combined making sure to scrape the bottom of the mug. Fold in any add-ins.
  • Microwave for 90-120 seconds. Center should not be overly wet, but also not too dry; it will firm up more as it cools.
  • Let it cool for at least 3 minutes and then enjoy!
