Wash all the greens and remove the tough ribs. Tear in to large chunks and set aside.Wash the turnips. Cut the ends off the turnips and then cut into quarters.
Pour 1 cup vegetable broth & turnip chunks into the Instant Pot.Put the greens in the Instant Pot on top of turnips. If you are running out of room, you can lightly steam the greens in a covered dish in the microwave for 1 minute. This will help them shrink and all fit into the instant pot.
Lock on the lid & set your Instant Pot for 20 minutes (I use the meat/stew setting). Make sure the valve is set to "sealing". I will take a few minutes for your Instant Pot to achieve pressure and then it will cook for 20 minutes.
