Place milk & hazelnuts in a high powdered blender and let soak for 15 minutes. Then blend until nuts are pureed.
Add the rest of the ingredients & blend until smooth and creamy.
You can serve right away - it may be a little thinner or you can freeze until it is a little more firm.
Notes
You'll need to freeze the bananas ahead of time for about 24 hours. Peel ripe bananas, break in to chunks, place in a ziplock bag, & freeze.Also, taste your hazelnuts first before using to make sure they are fresh! Rancid nuts taste nasty and so will your ice cream if they are bad...
