Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until creamy.(If you don't have a high powered blender, you will want to soak your cashews in warm water for at least 15 minutes to soften them)
For nut free, you can sub white beans or cooked potato.
Dressing will thicken in the refrigerator. If you would like it to be thinner, add more milk (1/4 cup-1/2 cup more)
For a tangier flavor, add more lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon-1 tablespoon more.
Keep in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
