Crispy BBQ Roasted Chickpeas (oil-free)
These oil-free crispy chickpeas are the perfect snack when you are craving something crunchy!

- 1 3/4 cups canned chickpeas, rinsed & drained low sodium
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon salt optional
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
Rinse & drain chickpeas. Pat dry.
Combine spices in a medium bowl & mix well. Add the chickpeas and toss until well coated.
Spread chickpeas out onto the baking sheet & bake for 30-35 minutes, tossing about every 10 minutes, until crispy.
Remove from oven & let cool.
Let cool completely before storing in an airtight storage bag or container in your pantry. Will keep for at least a week or longer.
Use any spices you want!
