The Best Guacamole Recipe

- 6-8 ripe avocados
- 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes & chilis), drained no salt added (I like mild)
- 1 lemon juiced, or 2 limes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (or 1 tablespoon dried cilantro)
- 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder
- dash of salt & pepper to taste
To store guacamole for longer:
I put the guacamole in a storage container like Rubbermaid Premier (that's what I use and love). I then take the Press N Seal and press it against the guacamole and up the sides of the container to completely seal out the air. I then put the airtight lid OVER the Press N Seal layer. This technique has helped my guacamole last for DAYS!
