Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond or soy milk
  • 3 oranges, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 2-3 handfuls fresh kale or spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 pouches PitayaPlus Frozen Dragon Fruit
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 fresh banana

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients, in order as listed, in your high powered blender and blend until smooth.
    Note: I used a lemon hand squeezer for my oranges to save time.
