- 2 cups unsweetened almond or soy milk
- 3 oranges, juiced
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 2-3 handfuls fresh kale or spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 pouches PitayaPlus Frozen Dragon Fruit
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 fresh banana
Put all ingredients, in order as listed, in your high powered blender and blend until smooth.Note: I used a lemon hand squeezer for my oranges to save time.
