Hey there, I'm Kim!

I'm Kim Murphy, a Certified Plant Based Health Coach & the founder of Simply Plant Based Kitchen where my mission is to help you make whole food plant based eating simple, easy, and delicious!

I began my own journey to health & wellness, after losing my father to Alzheimer's & heart disease. I knew I had to take my health into my own hands so that the same didn't happen to me!

After starting a nutrient dense plant based diet, I was able to lose 20 pounds, 17 inches, and have kept it off for over 3 years - no more yo-yo dieting! But what's even better is I got rid of the brain fog and joint pain, lowered my cholesterol & BP, increased my energy, improved my mood, and feel 10 years younger.

I want to help you do the same so you can have your best health and life!

I earned my Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and my health coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and have coached thousands of clients to make dramatic improvements in their health through my program Plant Powered Life.
