Hey there, I'm Kim!

I'm Kim Murphy, a certified Plant Based Health Coach and I want to help you make whole food plant based eating simple, easy, and delicious so that you can have your best health!

I began my journey to health & wellness, after watching my father struggle with heart disease, cancer, & Alzheimer's. I knew I was headed down the exact same path if I didn't make a major change in my lifestyle.

After switching to a whole food plant based diet, I was able to lose 20 pounds and 17 inches in just a few months all without calorie counting, feeling deprived, or portion controlling and I've kept it off for 4 years! But more importantly, I had so much more energy, I slept better, my joints stopped hurting, and my brain fog even lifted within just a few weeks.

I felt so amazing I decided to quit my teaching job of 17 years to dedicate my life to helping people like you do the same so you can have your best health and life!

I earned my Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and have completed my health coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
