I have a new favorite dressing! I created this homemade vegan Yogurt Tzatziki Sauce for my Easy Baked Falafels, but I discovered it is also a super delicious salad dressing. This recipe is super tangy & flavorful!

It’s the easiest thing to make – add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. It’s a little thin (at least my dairy-free yogurt I used was), so if you like your Tzatziki sauce to be a little thicker you can use a silken tofu instead of yogurt.

I really recommend using fresh dill instead of dried dill for this recipe. The smell & flavor is incredible! It’s totally worth the extra expense.
